Great Price, Fast Delivery
Price was spot on, delivery is quite expensive compared with some, if I'm being completely honest, but delivery speed was very good - purchase arrived in a couple of days. If the price offsets the delivery costs, it's worth it and I'd definitely use the company again. Overall, very happy with their service.

Superb service all-round
Very helpful on the telephone, order dealt with quickly and professionally and return info explained accurately. Delivery very prompt, earlier than expected. Ordered 2 sizes in order to return 1 of them. Refund was incredibly quick! Everything about the service was spot on, why can't everyone else be like this? Great company, will definitely use again without a moment's hesitation.

I read several reviews on Trustpilot before committing a significant sum of money on a very well-priced watch, because the thought of it all being too good to be true gave me the heebie-geebies! The other reviews, and speaking to someone at SWD, allayed my concerns. Anyone reading this, please trust me, the guys at SWD, and other reviewers when we say the service, communication throughout, price and everything about using SWD is just brilliant. Next time I want a nice watch at a great price, I'll be using SWD. I can't think of anything SWD could do to improve their service. Nice one guys, and thanks!
