Order was processed easily online .Had phone call from courier after approx six days asking if we recieved our parcel ? Phoned Handles 4 Doors Ltd and related the courier conversation. They contacted courier and phoned back confirming courier had lost order. Handles 4 Doors Ltd dispatched new order that day which arrived the following day .
