I ordered unglazed Oakley's from Glasses123. They were the cheapest but as I was ordering a boxed product they didnt have anything to get wrong! The only "issue" was they seemed to do nothing for a few days. I called and the girl was fairly abrupt but then did go to the trouble of looking at my order and then it arrived a couple of days later. Nothing wrong with a few plus a couple of days, but these were unglazed glasses. Its a question of getting a box of a shelf, putting it in a jiffy bag and putting it in the post! Still... no real problems and I'd use them again.
The woman who serves our area is a miserable sod, you have to answer the door in 30 seconds or she is off. We also had to go into battle with a retailer which took months because something they claim to have delivered to our porch was not delivered. Oh.. and we don't have a porch.
All I wanted to do was cancel my mobile broadband. I don't use it. It was a great price, but if I don't use it, its still expensive!!
The CS person talked over me consistently, claiming she had regulatory information to tell me which was nonsense - she was just saying I'll not get the discount back if I come back and ask for it.
I don't want the discount - i just want to cancel the bloody thing!!
Given how hard it was to actually do that, I would seriously doubt I'll ever go back, but if I do it will be based on a decision in the future, not her trying to convince me not to cancel!
So.. waste my time on the phone, get a bad review on trustpilot. Seems a fair trade.
