I've ordered 2 lots of flowers from here. First lot were lovely and arrived on time.
Second lot arrived on time however they died really quickly. The petals on the roses were brown (probably where they had been frozen or stored). These were sent to my Mum, and even SHE phoned the company to complain (without me knowing). Don't bother calling the company as you will be on hold for the whole morning listening to a recorded message telling you that your call is important to them! After 20 minutes of that I lost the will to live and sod the dead brown flowers!

Item never received due to the useless (ironically called) Home Delivery Service.
Courier wouldn't deliver to a neighbour when I wasn't able to sit by the front door for 2 days. Depot was so far away it was in a different time zone.
'Customer Service' at Pixmania is non existent. The automated phone service refuses to acknowledge my number (after about 7 minutes of deliberate time wasting drivel) so then I'm cut off.
In the end I had to wait for my item to be returned to Pixmania and wait for a refund.
My advice? DO NOT USE PIXMANIA. Unless you can guarantee that you can sit by your front door for the whole of the estimated delivery day. And forget about any toilet breaks!!
