Customer service doesn't get better than this.
Any kind of problem is fixed immediately. Refunds are instant. The service to the customer is the best I have ever experienced. The prices are extremely competitive too!

Do not respond to emails of contact through the web site
It ordered a UK laptop power supply but they shipped an EU version with an EU plug. The item is advertised as a UK product andf it is invoiced as such. I have been unable to get the company to even respond to my requests to change the product for the one I ordered.

Outstanding Commitment to customer satisfaction
When the delivery company transferred the goods to the wrong depot so the Friday delivery would be missed, Hobuk arranged for them to deliver on a Saturday.
Very competitive prices, too.
