Checking out, had errors so persisted and finally got to the checkout confirmation, great, still plenty of time for Halloween. Today Im thinking where is my order, I paid express delivery for today. Just about to call them but checked my emails first, logged into my online account, checked order history, the order was their but it said payment failed, even though I went through PayPal and arrived at their order confirmation, AND they have my order on file.
WHAT A TERRIBLE SERVICE - NEVER USE THESE.
What a poor service, found a perfume I was looking for, said it was in stock, ordered straight away, then over the period of 10 hours I have had numerous order acknowledgement updates, rubbish with nothing informative, now an email with order update, links to track your order, then a note saying "Unable to Fulfil - Payment Reversal", not we are sorry but we lied when we said it was in stock, or Sorry we have pissed you around all day and now you cant order from another supplier in time for Christmas.

I was unsure which piece of hardware would be best value for my current setup, which made me hesitant in buying online. These guys were fantastic, they offered all the assistance I could possibly ask for and because they have a showroom with kit setup, they really know their stuff. They don't just shift boxes like most of the other online retailers.
