What a poor service, found a perfume I was looking for, said it was in stock, ordered straight away, then over the period of 10 hours I have had numerous order acknowledgement updates, rubbish with nothing informative, now an email with order update, links to track your order, then a note saying "Unable to Fulfil - Payment Reversal", not we are sorry but we lied when we said it was in stock, or Sorry we have pissed you around all day and now you cant order from another supplier in time for Christmas.

I was unsure which piece of hardware would be best value for my current setup, which made me hesitant in buying online. These guys were fantastic, they offered all the assistance I could possibly ask for and because they have a showroom with kit setup, they really know their stuff. They don't just shift boxes like most of the other online retailers.
