I ordered a Nintendo 3DS on 20th July. After receiving nothing for a week I contacted them and was informed there was a problem with my order and attempted to cancel my order. They offered to send an alternative product, something I should have done as I may have actually received something for my money!
After 20+ emails I then received one a month after my order stating that I would receive a refund within 30 days, but it has now been a further 40 days and I still have no Nintendo 3DS. It has been over 2 months since my order and I am out of pocket by £160. Thank you gamesbasement.
I am bitterly upset and out of pocket while someone is no doubt sitting on a beach with my money.
