I ordered Elie Saab perfume last week. The day I ordered I received an email stating my order was being processed. A day later another email saying it had been despatched. Then another saying delivery would be on Tuesday or Wednesday. On Tuesday it was delivered just before lunchtime. The item was the genuine perfume and was well packaged. I had read quite a few bad reviews regarding this companies practices but whether I'm just lucky or Feelunique.com have got their act together since the bad reviews were written I can honestly say I had a brilliant experience and will be ordering again. Hope they keep up the good work!
I decided to purchase a mobile phone from this company partly because of the price and the fact that their website looked very professional and it also boasted lots of promises, ie speedy delivery no quibble refund etc.My experience has been the complete opposite. The fact that it took over a week to arrive didnt really bother me at all what did bother me was the fact that the phone advertised had a standard roman letter keypad but the phone i received had an eastern european keypad, totally useless as i am not eastern european and although i didnt state when ordering that my 1st language was infact English i assumed as the phone was being delivered to the UK simplyelectronics would have known this!
No problem i thought i will just return it within the 30 days stated on their website as i was not totally satisfied with my purchase.
Trying to get a reply from this company is a joke. You will not receive any updates as promised unless you hound them with emails even then you are promised more updates. If you are foolish enough to order from them and unfortunate enough to have to return you.r item expect to get used to the following terms... The relevant dept has not yet confirmed... Our sincere apologies..... We will keep you updated... Thats all you will get.... Words.
I kept my end of the contract, I purchased, i returned. (within a week let alone 30 days). I will now be starting the process of trying to get my money back via Paypal dispute and claim. I will also be contacting the consumer council, watchdog and anyone else who will listen to me.
I have rated this company 1 star as i cannot give it a lower score!!!
I look forward to never shopping with them again.
