Until this order, service had always been excellent. For some reason
only one item of two was delivered. Advised the other item would arrive the next day (Thursday). Rang on Friday, it would arrive Monday. Rang Monday, it would arrive Tuesday. I rang Wednesday, cancelled the item and asked for a refund. If delivered I would return it - advised it was in transit, it arrived Friday - 8 working days after the 1st item was received. Your telephone advisors did their best to assist me, it was a mystery!! If it was a 'glitch' in the system it needs to be addressed and rectified. Blaming the system usually means human error somewhere.
It was very frustrating.
