Great Item Great Service

This was exactly what I was looking for and very speedy service.


Good Product/Good Service

Helpful advice available before buying. I had an issue with delivery which was the fault of the courier and not SpyCameraCCTV but they sorted it out for me.

Pleased with the camera. Not being at all technical minded I did have someone set it up for me but it's easy to operate once installed. There are helpful videos available online if you do need help with installation. I would thouroughly recommend the camera and the company.


Wouldn't Use Again

I orderd a skirt and they sent the wrong one. They only refunded the price of the skirt but charged me the postage. That's not good business etiquette in my eyes.


Not as good as I first thought

I've been buying from amazon for ages and thought they were a reputable company. Recently though I purchased an item which wasn't as described. I used the contact form through amazon to contact the seller but got no response. I left feedback which reflected how I felt about this and it hasn't been published. I've tried 3 times now and it doesn't appear. That has put me off now as I always read the reviews but it seems they only publish the good ones so you think the product is good but that may not be everybody's opinion.


Great Online Company

I've had several things online from here and have been very impressed. The clothes are generally very good quality and reasonable prices. I have had to send a couple of things back because they didn't fit or didn't suit and they make it very easy to return items by sending a stick on return label so there's no messing about with couriers, you just take it to the PO. They also refund the full amount including the postage. They also print good and bad reviews which I like. That's the whole point of a review, so many companies just print the good things. I hope to be returning here again and again.

Not Impressed

I was surprised to find this company so bad on customer service. I ordered a blouse and it looked OK when it arrived but on the first wash the collar frayed in two places and the material went all limp and horrible. It looked years old. When I contacted them I was told to take it to a store but I'm disabled and can't get to one very easily. I bought on line and felt it should be dealt with that way. I complained and did end up posting it back but was charged for the delivery which I think is bad on a faulty item. I'd already left a good review before washing and tried to leave a comment underneath but they didn't put that on.

Wouldn't Shop Here Again

This company's web site looks fantastic but I thought I'd start with just one item to see how it went. They do answer queries online quickly so that was good. My item was despatched a day before it said so can't complain at that.

However, the cardigan I ordered was a totally different colour pink to that shown on the site and not at all what I wanted. It was very thin shoddy material with some plucks in it. I also received an invoice in with my order for a blosue that cost £5. No idea what that's all about as I didn't order or receive a blouse.I did get a "shipping list" for the cardigan. The returns procedure is so complicated I decided not to bother. It also states that return items must be accompanied by their original packaging including gift box, product tags and labels. I got no gift box, the item had no tag or label.

I'm just putting this down to experience but I won't be shopping here again.
