Despite having a parcel delivered without issue on Wednesday, the delivery driver was 'unable to find my address' on Friday so I received an email asking me to ring a number. Despite numerous attempts over a two day period, I've yet to have someone answer this phone. There is also conflicting information as the tracking page tells me to contact the seller yet the automated email tells me to ring the number. It's a shame because the driver on Wednesday was extremely helpful and a credit to the company but my experience second time round has left me with a bitter taste.

Having paid for next day delivery, and receiving two texts to first confirm the day, and then the time that my parcel would be being delivered, I expected this service to be a positive one! It wasn't. Approximately an hour after the parcel was meant to have arrived by I received a text to say it had been delayed (there goes the next day delivery then). After logging onto the online tracker the following day, it said that it has been delayed again and therefore isn't out on a van for delivery!
I paid the extra for next day delivery for a reason! Very poor service and will be avoiding this company when possible in the future.
After emailing for some advice on a suit I was interested in, I received a response the very same day with the answer I was looking for so I went ahead and ordered. The suit arrived the following day and was exactly as described. I will be re-using this company in the next few months to purchase another suit for my girlfriend this time!
