An excellent service and excellent products

My order arrived almost before I'd placed it. Everything was well packed and the quality of the items is excellent - the acrylic salt and pepper mills are heavy and chunky, not like some of the cheaper ones you find. The cake tins are all heavy and seem very robust. I'd recommend ProCook to anyone and everyone.


Order finally arrived after a lot of chasing

I ordered 100 tablets for my cat before Christmas. A few days later I received an email telling me that they couldn't fill my order because my prescription was for 90 tablets! I phoned and amended my order for 3 x 30 tablets which were about £8 cheaper. I was told I'd get a refund of the difference and the tablets would be dispensed urgently as my cat was now out of medication. Nothing arrived, then I got an email with an invoice for the new order. I sent off an email complaining that I'd been promised a refund and urgent despatch and by return received notification that they'd refunded my entire original payment. By now we were well into January and I was so fed up I would have gone elsewhere, but I'd paid £14.50 to my vet for the prescription, the original of which MedicAnimal had lost so I emailed and vented my frustration. Finally, the very helpful pharmacist phoned me, took a credit card number and the tablets arrived next day, about three weeks after my original order. Whilst I accept it was my fault for ordering too many (10 over) tablets I feel MedicAnimal were totally useless when it came to sorting out the problem.

Does what it says on the tin!

Cards are great quality and arrived very promptly. My only quibble is that the £2.99 for 100 cards became nearly £10 when post and packing costs were applied.
