HATE THAT YOU CANT ORDER ONLINE!

The title pretty much sums it up!
Either you devote your entire day to sifting through the piles of poorly sorted clothes in the shop or you dont! Wish there was an easy option. Online would be perfect!

Love it! But make sure to check Sellers feedback!

I love ebay I buy & sell items on there. Granted sometimes delivery times are annoying but as a seller also I understand the constraints of day to day life. Otherwise ebay have been brilliant but make sure to check feedback of buyers and sellers alike, and ALWAYS read the small printed bits!

Good experience

I have 2 horses myself and get through a hell of alot of supplements espcially in winter. Robinsons were brilliant and made sure everything was sent out to me asap. Never had a problem, only thing I would say is make sure that you really want any big items as their return system can be a bit of a mindfield.

I feel the need to point out this company is in league with Marisota, if you search for their reviews it will tell you alot of what to expect! If I were you I'd steer well clear, and if your tempted in for gods sake make sure you keep note of who you speak to and when it can help when it comes to writing a complaint to their MD!

Absolutely shocking, make sure to write to the MD!

I ordered a pair of boots for £70. They didnt turn up next day despite me paying in full on my debit card and being assured they would, Then marisota sent me out a replacement pair and didnt charge me for them until they could find the other parcel. The replacement pair turned up at the WRONG ADDRESS! This over the space of 2 weeks having given up I didnt bother trying the boots and instantly returned them. In the midst of this there were lots of phone calls, emails & live chat conversations held. Eventually wrote a long and rather strongly worded letter to their MD Mark Cheshire, they gave me 25% off (Ha not using that!) and a written apology which has still not been recieved! Eventually got a refund after them having my £70 for 3 weeks! Appalling!
