Ordered two of something, only one was available, Helen suggested I order something else, so I did.
The something else cost 19 pence more than the original thing, but Helen let me off.
No issues, good communication, prompt delivery, and e-mails from Helen: I couldn't ask for more.
No problems with the order, just a bit fed up with getting 7, yes seven emails after ordering one thing from the shop. I like being kept in touch, but get a grip.
