Great service, order put in on the Sunday, delivered on the Wednesday, couldn't ask for better
Having made my order on the 5th Sept to have it delivered on the 8th I was very disappointed that by the 15th Sept it had not been delivered. Spoke to Pixie the same day via Live Chat and she promised that an upgraded bouquet would be sent on the next available delivery. This is now the 21st and still nothing. I have been told today that they will try to resend it. AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.
To rub salt into the would I was offered a £10 discount voucher to be used on my next oreder. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. 2.5 WEEKS SINCE I MADE THE ORDER AND NOW FAR TOO LATE FOR THE SPECIAL OCCASION IT WAS MEANT FOR.

I have done a full investigation into your order and it appears that due to the remote location of the recipient that our courier have experienced a delay on your original order, and the subsequent orders we've raised as replacements.
I have organised for a florist to make a hand delivery for you this afternoon and also have refunded your credit card for the whole amount.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for the failed deliveries.
