used them for years but past 2 years onward they have become very poor. I have had flowers delivered that the flowers were dead the next day or within 2 days ( particularly roses, but sometimes all the flowers this includes Narnia dreams , twilight, One love .these were all deluxed, and they failed to offer the correct amount to deluxe and therefore overcharged. only found Sugar Hill and Oriental breeze to be satisfactory and could have gone elsewhere for Lilly's cheaper. In addition the customer services were foul each time and squabbled and haggled about this and demanded high quality pictures as evidence of the flower death and grilled me as to how they had been stored and had the stems been cut before placing in water. I used to be a loyal customer and I really liked there designs. I even passed on their details to business clients, not now. They have so far ruined a birthday ( last week) and anniversary and a valentines day this year , I think its Asda For me now ! they last , even if the designs are a bit Kitch.
