Both my partner and I still waiting for £20 Amazon voucher promised to us last June for opening an Aqua Advance card account. When we ring customer services, no-one knows anything about it, they don't answer emails, but they are still advertising this deal!! BEWARE!!!!

My very first collection with this company was not very good. The courier did not turn up on the day he should have, so I waited in all day from 9am to 5.30pm. I received no phone call/email about it. All I could do was rebook it for the following Monday. However, I do think that the fault lay with TNT and not Parcel2go. TNT rang me directly on the Monday and asked whether they needed to collect from me on that day (!) when I said yes I was waiting for you on Friday they said they didn't know anything about it having only got the order through on the Fri eve at 8pm. However, when the courier arrived on the Monday he said he'd called at the wrong house on Friday!!!!!! I did provide them with a phone number which you'd have thought they might have called.
On a brighter note, Parcel2go could not have been more helpful. Their online chat service is excellent. Once the parcel had actually been collected, it was safely delivered the next day. I have since used them once more, this time with Fed Ex, who did turn up exactly when they were supposed to.
Just the same rubbish service as 99% of other users of Citylink have faced I'm afraid. A couple of years ago Citylink Norwich Depot 'lost' my new telly, luckily Amazon refunded us as it was blindingly obvious it had been stolen. After this I would never knowingly have ordered anything which would have been delivered via Citylink. Unfortunately my new vacuum cleaner came via them - or should that be 'didn't. Waited in esp reading book so that I would definitely hear the delivery man come with no telly or radio on. I wish I could say I was surprised when I looked online to find that they tried to deliver without me seeing them, esp as my partner was outside in the front garden at that very same time. According to their laughable tracking service, nobody was home and they left a note, which they did not. Now I am going to have to make a near 30-mile round trip in order to pick up the item. I can only hope that it will be at their depot and not gone missing. Accordingly to their tracking info, it is 'within their network', whatever that means. Wish me luck!
