The company collect my purchase from the Ebay seller 5 weeks ago and we are yet to receive this or an explanation!
If you call and on the rare occasion manage to get through they say they will look into it and call you back but never call you back.
I am now out of pocket for the purchase £80 + deliver £35 + the high phone bill trying to get in touch.
The only recommendation I can give is to avoid this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we have spoken to yourself on the telephone regarding this matter.
The collection point in which you have brought the goods from is claiming the goods have been collected.
we sent you details of the tracking report from the carriage company used to collect your parcel and the tracking report shows the goods were attempted collection but the collection failed.
This collection on our system is showing as not collected.
we have advised you to check if the Ebay seller has had various other items being picked up at the same time and somehow the wrong courier has collected your goods.
we are always happy to resolve issues but our tracking system shows that no goods were actually collected.
I am sorry if you have been frustrated with call queue times we do at times get very busy and you will hear a high call volume message.
our advise is to email if this is the case and we will respond ASAP
