Product Arrived Damaged Followed by Poor Customer Service

Product arrived damage and the customer service involved poorly written emails and no apology. A replacement was only offered after I pushed and then it would have taken over 3 months.

Other than being damaged the £229 office chair was decent but not amazing.

We do apologise for the scratch to your chair. My colleague Amanda did offer an apology too, as this really isn't the norm for us.

Because we do make items to order and don't carry very much physical stock, replacement items can take a while to arrive, but of course, we are more than happy to have these made whenever necessary.
