I ordered a microwave after phoning to check that they had it in stock. As expected I received an online confirmation that my order had been accepted, money taken from my credit card - but thereafter nothing else - no delivery date - nothing. I called after 7 days and got told that the microwave was out of stock - no explanations were given as to why I was told that it was in stock in the first place, but instead I was told that fresh stock would be arriving in 2 days and I would have my microwave in 7 days. 7 Days passed and nothing again. Frustrated I called up again and asked to cancel my order. I asked them when my money would be refunded and was told in 3-4 working days - well its taken just over 4 weeks and that too with me making calls every week. I am an avid online shopper and I have never had an experience as such - accordingly I will not be purchasing from this company again - I will advise you not to bother as well.
