couldnt organise a p--- up in a brewery
Had van booked in for oil change at Newton Abbot, Devon, turned up at garage staff knew nothing about my booking, they said they didnt do vivaro size vans because of the head height of the building when the vans in the air, they didnt have a oil filter in stock so would have to get one this would take over an hour to get, got them to ring online booking so i could complain & the person on the other end of the phone was as much help as a bucket with a hole in, eventually due to the lads that work there the job got done couldnt fault the staff there they bent over backwards to make sure i got my oil change,
