The dealings with this company (Justoffbase) have been positively
good. The delivery was as stated, the next working day and I am extremely pleased with the service so could not ask for better.
Unfortunately on opening the parcel, I discovered the machine was damaged. I made a call to the customer service dept., who said that the damaged unit would be collected the next working day and that a replacement would be with me the day after that, this is exactly what happened. No-one can ask for better service than this.
The help and courtesy that I received was excellent.
