I'd made use of the website to establish when the "Active" shop was open, only to discover, on arrival that the information was out of date and it was closed. I went away muttering about wasted time and petrol, and later emailed the company asking that they should update for others at least. I also placed an online order for one item I wanted and knew they stocked. Very quickly I had an email back saying they would update the site (an oversight) and, having spotted my order, would deduct postage from the bill in recognition of my wasted petrol. The item arrived swiftly soon after and went on to be a successful birthday present.
