I received the wrong goods, but it was no problem to send it back. They apologized, and paid for the delivery when I had to send it back. Everyone makes mistakes, it's the way you handle it as a company that makes all the difference!
I wasnt satisfied with my hair cut, so I went back two days after. They adjusted it for free ... now that's great customer service!
I ordered something 13 days ago, and still havent received the package. I am confident that I will receive it though, but I wouldnt have paid 6 GBP for delivery (for 4 pens I really need), if it is that slow. When I called them last week to enquire about my package, no one seemed to know what's going on ... poor customer service.
I don't think that their website ever fully worked. Each time I try to look up a package, or a price, something goes wrong.
Furthermore, I dont think that their website gives any information: it is messy, full of fluff, and very complicated to nagivate.

I called to their office in Almeria. There were no cars available, but they assured me that I would not find any rental cars in Almeria, because they are the only one. Walked 100 meters down the road to find at least 5 other companies.
You can be unhelpful on the phone, but lying to potential customers to stear them away from competition is taking it too far.
Simply love ordering books here ... they have the widest choice available on the internet, and their books are always available. Delivery takes a bit long sometimes, but it's worth waiting.
