Did exactly what I wanted when they said they would.

After placing my order on-line it was collected about an hour later. Impressive. Detailed on-line tracking was available straight away and covered the delivery from the collection in central England to it's destination in Belgium. Great thing was that the package was too heavy for Royal Mail but I found a suitable delivery option here that was cheaper than I expected. Whilst booking the service I was a bit wary as I hadn't used it before but now I'll happily use again.
