Awful supplier ordered laptop motherboard that they listed as having 15 in stock for next day delivery.
Received email advising that it was not in stock but being shipped from a 3rd party in Europe and would take 2-3 days delivery.
Immediately requested they cancel the order and refund my money. Which they refused to do so. Dishonestly claiming it wasn't possible (checked with their alleged shipper it is possible to cancel in transit).
Promised delivery by yesterday still hasn't arrived they are still claiming they can't cancel the order and issue a refund, (again their alleged courier says otherwise).
As I write this I have no laptop motherboard and don't have my money back.
Could customers with a similar experience please contact me and I will include details of their complaints along with mine to crescent electronics local trade and standards office.
