Brilliant customer service

I recently bought a piggy bag for my daughter as a gift and it arrived just when promised but there was a small tear in the bag! The measure of a company is not only their products but their service and I spoke to a very polite person called Justin who put my mind at ease and arrange a swift replacement for my daughter. all in all I would say they are a rather lovely bunch!
