i booked flights for myself and my fiancee from the UK to the US about 6 months in advance of my holiday. Opodo were the cheapest but only by a small margin.
We arrived at the airport 2 1/2 hours before the flight to find that our seats had not been reserved. We were told to wait at the departure gate while the airline tried to resolve the issue. We did finally get seats however we were not sat together. I can't believe that we booked and paid for seats 6 months prior to the flight and not to have had the seats reserved. A shambles and I won't be using or recommending opodo to anyone. Spend the extra cash and book through a competent agent.
