Interparcel
An excellent service let down by one carrier
I use Interparcel for shipping eBay items all over the uk. Generally the service is really good with parcels being collected and delivered when they should.
The only problems I have had are with City Link. I have had 1 parcel badly damaged, collections not being made on the date booked, tracking numbers not being updated and deliveries not being done on the next day service.
Interparcel customer service are very good and sort any problems and keep me updated.
Usually the service is first class and only let down by the one carrier

Excellent Service
We ordered a new Hoover washing machine as it was £200 cheaper than Currys or Comet. We thought its either a bargain or a money trap. It turned out to be a bargain. It arrived securely strapped to a pallet, well packed and no damage. Couldnt fault the service, best price and free delivery on the machine we wanted.
