I ordered the wrong item and notified the company within two hours, despite two emails telling me it was cancelled My neighbours received my order while I was out. I rescheduled the pick up and the courier was annoyed as the packing was opened. Whilst I accept it was a busy time I was surprised I received the wrong order and had to wait in for it to be picked up. My cats do like that food though, but to them it's too small to chew and are more likely to have plaque so they eat the dental version. Never had any problems with the orders before.
