Awful, awful, awful
Forget the advertising blurb. I switched to Talk Talk for phone and broadband last year and within a few days I realised what a mistake I'd made. Phone was fine but broadband was hopeless. Hate to say it but after I switched to BT my internet connection has been almost faultless,

Efficient, reliable and great value
Over the past 7 years - before they even had a website - I've bought 2 wine fridges and various glasses. Always had attentive service over the phone and at their warehouse/shop. This is the first time I've bought from them online. Glasses came very well packed; they could have dropped it from a helicopter and I'm sure they would have survived without a crack.
