Bloody amateurs....

My account was hacked by someone unknown to me, the first I realised was when I went to use my account and found it suspended. I contacted ebay about this problem and was just fobbed off with no real explanation of what had happened or what they were doing about the issue. They should have involved the police because some fraudulent activity had taken place without my knowledge, yet I don't think they done anything except tell me I'm not allowed to use ebay again, which under the circumstances suits me fine. I received very little & very poor customer service from them, they just aren't interested.
