rubbish!
I took the day off work to wait in for a really important parcel. The delivery person didn't ring the bell (which is deafening and has ringing units all over the house) but stuck the card through the letterbox. I rearranged delivery and waited in again. No parcel. So I rescheduled again but again it didn't come. Then when I tried to ring them I can't get through as it won't accept my parcel number. It turns out they returned it to sender. The company I was expecting the order fome said they had had so many simialr complaints and parcels returned they will no longer be using them. No suprise there then! The website and phone line doesn't allow you through unless the parcel ref. number works so you can't do anything. Rubbish all round!

excellent service, fab website and excellent customer support
I am a therapist working with children and so have started using products from this company. They are a joy to use as they offer great customer support, the website is really easy to use and the products are fantastic! I can bulk buy and they offer next day delivery. Superb all round!
