I tried continuously from 5:00pm on the 28th to contact YODEL Customer Services. Most unhelpful, all they gave me were various numbers, all of which either cut-off or no response. When i finally got a contact, they assured me that the local depot would ring me today with an explanation. This did not happen, i eventually got through this morning. They could see no reason for the non-delivery, address checked out ok, same as supplied by Littlewoods. Unfortunately they do not have any drivers available to re-deliver today. This is not really acceptable, as the item in question was a Present that i was taking to friends for the New Year. Yodel will now deliver January 3rd. As i previously stated, having been a customer of Littlewoods for around 40 years, and having no issues with deliveries. The instigation of using Yodel is i feel going to put customers off from using your company in the future, i certainly will be looking elsewhere for further purchases. Having now received the parcel, YODEL driver told me that it wasn't even on the van first time round.
True to form, Printerland expedited the order, I received the inks in less than 24 hrs from placing the order.
Slightly more expensive than some web sites, but unbeatable on service.
