Good Product convenient but pricey
Great introductory deals but gets expensive as not really enough provided to keep you going all day with no lunch so if your a normal person like me you end up buying a sandwich too costing you double and defying the healthy goodness of the graze box!
Ocado
Great service and no substitutions
I have been using Ocado for 1 year now. They always turn up on time if not early! ( ideal when you've paid nothing for a graveyard slot and they ring asking if you mind tham arriving at 7:30pm!) Have had 2 substitutions in 30 or so orders and they carry the bags up 3 flights of stairs and into my kitchen with no complaints of health and safety balloney like other reputable supermarkets once may not name here...

DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER
I placed an order and paid for next day delivery. 3 days later they told me it would dispatch in 48 hours as it was not in stock. I now have a refund and an unhappy brother who didn't get a birthday present on time.

Fast Delivery and friendly customer service
Choose the wrong delivery adress when ordering online and rang up an hour later they changed the address and despite only paying £2.95 for standard super saver delivery it arrived next day.
