products good - delivery packaging totally inappropriate

Liked the products - De Wit hand tools. used them non-stop. But they were delivered in a jiffy bag. They are both sharp and one even has a blade on it. They were practically bursting/falling out of the bag by the time it arrived on our doorstep. Not very clever. Otherwise no complaints.

I can only confirm everyone else's experience. Although amazingly I did at lesat recieve three of the five products I ordered. Only one of them didn't fucntion properly and was returned never to be seen again. Something must be done!
