I ordered a Razor Rip Rider 360 trike for my son, payment was taken immediately and I was told despatch would be in 1-3 days. After 3 weeks of goods not arriving and several automated responses to enquiries, one message left with a 'receptionist' that was not returned and one read receipted email that was deleted without being read, I had to refer them to my credit card company who sorted out a full refund within 3 days of contact (thanks EGG).
This is one terrible company and you have been warned....google them. NB.Also known as Strictly Electronics Ltd.
