I NEVER THOUGH IT COULD BE A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN FIND SO MUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES AT THE SAME TIME, THE QUALITY OF SERVICE IS FATAL, I SOMETIMES FEEL LIKE I WAS BEGGING FOR SOMETHING RATHER THAN MAKE MY CUSTOMER RIGHTS TO BE HEARD. THE TOTAL EXPERIENCE IS EVEN WORST THAN A CATASTROPHE, I AN NOT ONLY TALKING ABOUT TO BUY SOMETHING I AM ALSO TALKING ABOUT RETURN AN ITEM OR ASKING FOR TECHNICAL ADVISE, OR EVEN SPEAK WITH A MANAGER!! "IN GUILDFORD SHOP I TRIED TO GET A REFUND FOR AN ITEM THAT IN MY OPINION HAS BEEN MISS SOLD, THEN THIS MANAGER (MR JEN SHEWDON) SAYS THAT HE WON'T GIVE ME A REFUND AND AS A SOLUTION HE SAYS WHY DON'T YOU SELL IT ON E-BAY AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK, THE ITEM IS A SAMSUNG GOOGLE CHOME BOOK A VERY POOR COMPUTER IDEA WHICH DOESN'T DO WHAT ON THE GOOGLE DESK PEOPLE SAY IT WILL DO, THAT IS THE REASON WHY IS CHROME OTHERWISE WILL BE GOLD OR DIAMOND BUT I FELL FOR THIS S.... "THE ADVERT" AND THE "CHRISTMAS PRESENTS"... I RECOMEND TO ANYBODY WHO WANT TO SAVE MONEY AND AVOID DEAL WITH RE-ARDS TO TRY TO SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE AND GET FULL SATISFACTION GARANTIE WITH THE PRODUCTS AND THE SERVICE YOU ARE EXPECTING FROM YOUR MONEY. AT THE END OF THE DAY WE CUSTOMERS PAY FOR THEY SALARIES AND MAKE THIS MAKRO SHOPS BIGGER AND BIGGER, LET'S NO WASTE OUR TIME AND OUR MONEY. THANKS

The service is excellent, and the quality of the items is number 1, I certainly recommend them, I got impress when they allow me to change the delivery date the same date of the delivery, that's unique, the communication is very good. 100% buy with confidence.
