STUFFED BY INSURANCE LOOPHOLE

Sent a well packed and protected travel-size guitar to US. by USP via Trans-global, box was smothered in FRAGILE tape. Customer collected from the depot as he was out when delivery made, then went direct to the payment service, Paypal and complained that it was damaged, they removed the funding from my account, I forwarded his pic's of the damage to T-G who then contacted USP who refused to accept the fault as the customer did not open the box (which had no damage) at depot.
Paypal refunded the customer,I lost both guitar and money even though I had not done anything wrong. No wonder we are all going bust! somebody dropped this from a great hight to split the body but who? I know who didn't, but I lost out all round.

BUNCH OF CROOKS

As with all the other dissatisfied people I am a WEAR&TEAR victim, sent my recently serviced HTC w/fire S in for a promised £28 and yes! due to W&T reduced to £11.20 or send £8.95 for return, it also had a case and all accessories with it, this blatant dishonesty must be stopped, a friend has sent in an unused upgrade phone he had to test them and LO' excessive wear&tear on a BRAND NEW phone! we don't need these vultures preying on us in this way, close them down.

OUTSTANDING STAND

The k/bd stand was even better than the ad suggested and the price frankly was theft'. I ordered late afternoon expecting 3 day delivery, it arrived next day in the one hour window they e-mailed me it would. Lots of helpful advice led me to the correct product, I will certainly buy from them again, they are excellent.

Magnificent service

I was badly let down by a so-called boiler expert who could not be bothered to source the failed part on my 5 year old system, I went on-line found Plumbtraders , located and paid for the part, immediately getting a string of e-mails giving the status of my order,delivery etc. part arrived next day,was fitted and working at a price I cannot better, totally satisfied customer will use again and recommend to all.
