Placed an order for several very competativley priced DVD's, through quidco.com to get a further 2% cashback and a £10 voucher code. Everything arrived before the estimated expected delivery dates. However they didn't initially honour the £10 voucher code. A quick exchange of emails with customer services and the the £10 discount was applied. Thanks.
If it's convenience you want and you can wait a couple of weeks for your money this site will work for you. I was shifting a bulk load of watched and now unwanted DVD's. The website can be a little temperamental, sometime you need to log in several times as it will hang processing a DVD bar code. I also received a few "site is busy" style messages. Prices offered for DVDs are not brilliant, but they do need to make a profit. If you think it's worth more sell it on ebay. Courier came as agreed. I could check the website to see how the order was progressing and they also sent some emails. A couple of weeks after the courier took the DVD's a cheque arrived in the post. I will be using them again.

I've been a customer for over five years. The prices are competitive, the web service is OK, the email service has improved to OK, but every now and then you get outages for up to several hours when you can't get to you email. I agree with another reviewer, watch for the auto-renewal, they love to capture your card details and generate those invoices. But also note that all prices are displayed excluding VAT, which only appears on your emailled invoice.
Love the website, booking your exact seat before you set off and getting the tickets from the automated machine when you arrive has always been a faultless process. Love the cinema, always clean and tidy. Hate the extra £0.75 per ticket charged to book online, that adds up when your a family! Yet pay with the same card at the cinema and no charge!
3 have always turned out as the best buys for the mobiles and tariffs we have wanted as a family. Add to that aggressive discounts gained using sites like quidco.com (up to £150) and an excellent web site and online account management and they continually get my repeat business. Why not five stars? Their use of offshore call centres. Better than many, but sometime the staff can be hard to understand and the time lag on the calls due to the geographic distances can make conversations hard work. However, be patient and you get there in the end!
Bought all of the above from HMV.COM and never had one problem. Delivered on time and in perfect condition.
If you use them a lot splash out on a “pure” membership card and collect the points both in-store and online. I redeem my points as £5 & £10 vouchers, easily covered the initial £3 outlay.
Using an online cashback/discount site like Quidco.com can often return up to 7% discount.
This relates to the Newcastle branch.
I had two sets of alloys completely refurbished. One set in Anthracite and the other in Gloss Black, which are "standard" finishes. The finish on the alloys was superb, they looked like new. Nearly six months on they still look excellent. Thanks very much.
Had ordered several PCs from Mesh over the past five years. Poor customer service but the PCs were good quality and well priced.
Ordered a PC in May 2011. Heard nothing for several weeks. Eventually found this link.
I had ordered on credit card and they refunded the money, so I was fortunate. No idea what the new management will be like.
Needed some alloys fast. Very competative prices. Quick phone call to get some advice on sizings/range etc and the alloys were with me next working day. They fit a treat. Thanks to Dave and John for sorting out all the technical specs. Would certainly buy from them again.
Excellent selection of tyres, including hard to find winter tyres for my car. Fitted at a local tyre centre at a time that I chose at a very competative price. Try them.
