total waste of time

Tried to buy some bargain blu rays, waited for over a week for them to arrive then told there wasn't any stock. The Hut and Zavvi are the same company now, I've had a bad experience with both of them.

Worst customer service

Tried to buy a couple of copies of Nightwatch & Daywatch on blu ray. Waited a week, then got an email saying I wasn't allowed to buy more than one. Crazy, thought we were in a recession!

Puchased The Assasination of Jesse James and Harry Potter boxset on blu ray. Very good prices and both arrived next day. They also accept paypal which is handy. Top shop.
