Purchased a full suite including tiles etc, bath and shower out of stock. Bath due back in stock within one week shower 4 weeks. Bathroom ripped out after 4 weeks still no shower rang customer service helpline now told further 4 weeks 23rd December approx?. Fitters had three days left customer service help line total waste of time. Exchanged shower to the only one in stock that would fit the new pipe work position had to pay the full difference "company policy no discount in anyway" promised by customer service help line would receive next day upgraded delivery service. Sat in from 8.00am by 3.30 rang customer service helpline told to" be patient anytime upto 5.00 it's on the way". Did not arrive then told it had been downgraded to standard delivery 2/3 days by manager as sometimes they deliver next day? which was no good at all as fitters finishing following day. Following day sat in from 8.00 rang customer service at lunchtime to be told we had signed for it at 10.30am????. Rang customer service total waste of time ended up contacting courier service myself to find it Han not been delivered it was sat in a warehouse in Wigan and I could not collect from there as they could not find it. After many phone calls to customer services WE had to get confirmation from corier that they had not delivered so I could drive 80 miles round trip to collect further shower from better bathrooms warehouse so it was there for the fitters final day. Better bathrooms customer services are a total let down to what seems to be a well orginised professional company.
