Where are the records and music?
I used to go in various HMV branches and buy records and CDs, I don't bother anymore, they don't stock records except in Oxford St and those are too dear compared to other shops.
They sell the same games and tech as other shops, no real point of difference

I see reviews / recommendations for the artists I like, I click on them get them ordered and the records are in my house within 2 days, well packaged and always in stock.
I like that you seem to get some of the difficult to find US imports and actually have them available rather than sold out like the physical shops, where the RSA get first dibs on them.
Juno is a great place to shop
