Royalmail
Very good!!!
Especially in comparison to other postal services Royal Mail is very good! Our postman is helpful and nice, our post office works well and the delivery service is excellent. Also their website is well structured and offers what customers need.
I have just had the most appaling experience with City Link. Do not even go near them!

Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!
They tried to deliver, but I was out. The webiste did not offer a rescheduling option. They tried to deliver again the next day and - surprise, surprise - I was out again. When I called to arrange the delivery for a time that is manageable for me, an automated response told me I now either had to pay a fee for the delivery or come pick my parcel up from the middle of nowhere. I called customer service and was kept on hold for over 10 minutes. Then I hang up.
I then wrote a complaint and was told they knew their service was bad, but they couldn't help me, because the deliveries were done by another company! I would need to contact that company. They didn't give me the companies contact details though. Besides that was exactly what I had tried to do, but was kept on hold for hours!
I couldn't care less about the company's internal structure, I want a prearranged delivery at a time that is manageable for me with no extra fee. Is that really too much to ask??? AVOID AT ALL COST!
