Ordered an ottoman. Substandard quality, presumably by asking a low quality manufacturer to replicate their original blueprints. Complained and returned item for full refund to include shipping. Was given a £25 voucher. All this bought me was a bog brush. This arrived and was worth about a fiver. I'd seen better in the supermarket. So I complained about it and unexpectedly they gave me another £25 voucher. The same one in fact, such that I couldn't order anything with it. After some time, they worked this out and gave me another voucher. With this, I bought some soap dispensers. Within a month os use the dispensing end has in both instances rusted and the seal is broken on the other such that it oozes soap. Made purportedly saves you money by buying high quality products from the manufacturer. I can't see them having done too much erstwhile research. Made? Madoff (sic), perhaps.
The thing that stood out was that they answered my 'order comments' quite quickly by reply on email, which is so rare these days with online purchasing. A personal touch, much welcomed.
