Bought my Child bike, delivered in Store, they were supposed to build it
They refused to build the bike because they did not have time, I had to pay somebody to do it while they said it was a free service

had a tiscali contract transferred to talk talk
Connexion fees, I was promised 30 GBPs, they took 95 GBPs from my account and despite numerous calls (on a surtaxed number!) they never reimbursed me
Cheap face price, every extra abusively expensive (Ryan air style)
They transfered my contract to Talk Talk and increased the price without asking if I agreed
I could not wait the end of the 18 months to get rid of them
Prefer to be without a phone rather than using them

50 pounds cheaper than the cheapest competitor and up to 200 pounds cheaper than others
