utter twadle, only survives because of the licience fee laws
unfortunately the good people of the uk are forced by law to pay a lcience fee and in return they get the bbc, a lacluster crap group of tv stations and radio with no adverts.
lots of repeats, and cheap "fly on the wall" documentaries about anything, building, cooking, dogs homes,dancing etc which involves paying somebody to do a voice over while the directors pay themselves huge wages for doing nothing.
allways say they are broke hench the crap product.
i doubt this review will make any impact.

good products at a good price
a very good shop for all you need to brew anything really, even jam making.
the staff are courtious and knowlagable and willing to offer advice and tips, if you need them.
i buy all my brew stuff here.
