Redwood Hotel Bristol. On return from Holiday, foung that the Taxi transfer hadn't been booked. Had to wait at Taxi Office until cue of people waiting (50+ people) had cleared, before they called the Hotel. At first the Hotel couldn't confirm my booking. Eventually arrived at Hotel and given room key. Room had no lights working in bed room. Receptionist visited and checked fuses, then left to contact Supervisor. Supervisor then rechecked fuses and after I requested to move to another room, collected new keycard from reception. After arriving at Bristol airport at 00:10 eventually got to bed at 02:20..Woken at 08:10 by maid entering room.
Complained to Duty Manager who said that he would refund my fee. After not hearing from him for 2 weeks, and then chasing it up for another 2 weeks was eventually offered a complementary Dinner, B & B
