Can't fault sky or the package, the service has been second to none and if there has been anything we are unsure of when contact has been made. nothing is a problem. Good value for money



By far the worst company who promote themselves in communications. Poor standard of service, unable to speak to a customer service advisor regardless of phoning every hour for a number of days. I can only go on my experience, but stay WELL CLEAR

I have ordered a number of times online and have found the service fantastic. Your order is delivered within 48 hours normally and the garments are all on hangers.


Simplicity Contract A Must for the Iphone

This is a must for people with smart phones especially iphone users. I bought my iphone from apple and ordered an O2 Simplicty tarrif. The sim came within 2 days and was activated straight away. This is by far a superior service to any other mobile provider. Highly Recommnded



This is the first time I used Alpharooms as we travel 4 times a year and was recommended by a friend. I was in the middle of booking a weeks all-inclusive holiday at the Hotel Ponderosa for myself and my husband leaving on the 18/11/2011 but experienced continuous loss of connection only to this web page,while II was about to confirm the details after completing my payment method etc again the loss of internet connection to this web page which then froze. To my horror when the page refreshed my details had all went through for a 1 DAY HOLIIDAY, FOR ONLY 1 PERSON wait for it at the grand total of £556.02!! Having telephoned 3 times to try and have this rectified I was told I would have to raise a support message which I did only to be told I had put my card details in etc and there was nothing I can do. In the current financial climate I would have thought fundamentally a holiday company would have given the option of ammending or cancelling this to the original holiday and issuing me with the extra to pay which is approx only another £250 FOR 2 PEOPLE TRAVELLING to the destination for 1 WEEK NOT 1 DAY. I am extremely dissapointed at the lack of customer support or indeed the restrictions being placed on me.
