Ordered expensive bunch of flowers for my mums birthday on Tuesday. Didn't turn up.

Didn't turn up on Wednesday.

They tried to deliver on Thursday but the flowers were damaged so they returned them to the depot.

Not delivered onthe Friday but they couldn't say why.

Company hides behind an 0800 number that is often "number unobtainable". The "Track Order" gadget on their website didn't do anything.

A complete shambles. They've offered me a refund but given their incompetence I guess it won't happen and I'll have to fight for that as well.
